This course was previously the Certificate III in Aged Care

CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)

Completing your Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) through Daisy Learning will provide you with the nationally recognised qualification, skills, knowledge and confidence to work in the Disability industry as a Support Worker.

This course was previously the Certificate III in Disability.

CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)

Completing your Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) through Daisy Learning will provide you with the nationally recognised qualification, skills, knowledge and confidence to work in the Ageing and Home and Community industry as a Support Worker.

This course was previously the Certificate III in Aged Care and Certificate III in Home and Community Care.

CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support

The Certificate IV in Ageing support qualifies students to work in supervisory roles primarily in residential facilities.

This course was previously Certificate IV in Aged Care.

CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability

The Certificate IV in Disability training course addresses work in residential group homes, training resource centres, day respite centres and open employment services, other community settings and clients homes.

CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

The Certificate IV in Leisure and Health training course addresses work in residential facilities and/or in community agencies and day centres and work under professional supervision within defined organisation guidelines or as sole practitioners.

CHCSS00097 Individual Support Ageing Skill Set

This skill set is for people working in various care and support roles in the community services sector to develops the core knowledge and practical skills required to provide person centred support to older people in various settings. This will complement an existing CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support. It includes 3 units:

CHCAGE001 Facilitate the empowerment of older people
CHCAGE005 Provide support for people living with dementia
CHCCCS011 Meet personal support needs

CHCSS00098 Individual Support Disability Skill Set

This skill set is for people working in various care and support roles in the community services sector to develop the core knowledge and practical skills required to provide person centred support to people with a disability in various settings. This will complement an existing CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support. It includes 4 units:

CHCDIS001 Contribute to ongoing skills development using strengths-based approach
CHCDIS002 Follow established person-centred behaviour supports
CHCDIS003 Support community participation and social inclusion
CHCDIS007 Facilitate the empowerment of people with disability

HLTAID003 Provide First Aid

This First Aid Course will give you the skills and knowledge required to provide First Aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, in a range of situations, including in the home, workplace or within the community, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.

HLTHPS006 Assist clients with medication

This Unit, Assist clients with medication, prepares students with the skills and knowledge required to prepare for and provide medication assistance, and complete medication documentation. It also involves supporting a client to self-administer medication.

CHCSS00070 Assist clients with medication skill set

This skillset, Assist clients with medication, develops core knowledge and practical skills required to assist clients to self-administer medication. It includes 2 units:

HLTAAP001 Recognise healthy body systems
HLTHPS006 Assist clients with medication.
